ABOUT THE BOOK
Ezra the earthworm plowed tunnels under the garden every day. It was his job. The tunnels he made created space for water to drain and for plant roots to grow. One morning, he poked his head above the ground and overheard a group of chatty insects talking excitedly about their adventures in the garden. They spoke of colorful flowers, warm sunshine, and a gentle breeze that made the leaves dance.
Ezra tried to imagine dancing leaves and couldn’t resist pushing himself up and out of the soil. Certainly, there is no harm in taking a day off, he thought. Ezra felt his heart race with excitement as he inched through the garden.
Follow his adventures and learn lessons along the way.
